Refund policy

RETURNS
All of our products are guaranteed to be fresh on delivery and should be inspected by the customer immediately upon arrival. If its necessary to return or exchange merchandise, please email us at caviarlust@gmail.com. Due to the perisheable nature of our merchandise all claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of product to qualify for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number or after 24 hours of receipt of product. All products have to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing credit or refund. Credit can't be granted for partially consumed or discarded products.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Prior to contacting us please first check your bank account to be certain you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at caviarlust@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Due to the perishable nature of merchandise all returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are happy to replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in perfect condition, applicable to the same terms as returns above.

SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped to the return address indicated on the package. If the error is ours, we will gladly issue or refund the return postage, otherwise it is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs for returning the item. In most cases shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly the gift receiver and a return or exchange is necessary or requested then all of the above conditions still apply with the addition that a refund can only be applied to the original method of payment.
