Since the announcement that Beluga Sturgeon, salt-water species that are found primarily in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea Basin, are critically endangered, the hybrid Beluga Caviar has been the best and ethical and sustainable alternative to Wild Caspian Beluga Roe. The Beluga Sturgeon Caviar is extracted from a hybrid of Huso Huso a type of Beluga fish and Acipenser Ruthenus a type of sturgeon fish. Sourced from organically farmed clean fresh water hybrids that are fed with organic food only free from hormones, pesticides and antibiotics.
The beluga sturgeon caviar is considered to be one of the best hybrid combinations on the market and ranks first in terms of nutritional value and taste. The color of beluga sturgeon caviar eggs vary from light gray to dark gray, with each egg roughly reaching the size of 3.5mm. The exquisitely rich texture of this caviar is characterized by delicately formed eggs with elastic melt-in-your-mouth membranes with glistening finish.
The fresh beluga sturgeon caviar has a subtle nutty flavor that was enhanced by slight salinity. The rich and creamy taste with a tinge of sea aroma is perfect to be paired with fine champagne or vodka. Each pearl contains mild buttery viscous liquid that leaves a delicious full-flavored impression on the palate.
Beluga caviar is very rich in vitamins such as A, C, B1, B2 and D and also contains plenty of amino acids such as omega-6 and omega-3, which are essential in keeping the immune system healthy and functional.

Storage
The average shelf life of caviar varies based on the ambient temperature and storage conditions. If caviar is left unopened in its original container and stored at -2℃ to 4℃ it will maintain its freshness up to 4 month. Once opened it should be consumed within several days, but that would also depend if no contaminants were introduced when opened and used.
